My social media and marketing experience includes mass email communications (eblasts), writing post copy, scheduling posts, creating content calendars, filming and editing content, and analyzing metrics for social media engagement.
Eblasts
For mass email communications (eblasts), I use Mailchimp and Outlook groups. I prepare a standard announcement with hyperlinks for the production, then reformat and add graphics for each platform.
Social Media Coordination
Managing social media platforms requires strong attention to detail, crisis and contingency planning, and loyalty to brand, tone, and message. For projects such as Ordinary Days, the BFA Acting Senior Showcase, and the Yellow Jacket Activity Board, I created detailed execution and management plans for each social media account.
Content Creation
My specialties in social media and marketing content creation are branding and rebranding, recap posts/reels, platform expansion/centralization, and link landing pages. For projects like the BFA Acting Senior Showcase, the Yellow Jacket Activity Board (YJAB), and my internship with LatinUs, I was responsible for establishing a program/organizational brand and reflecting it through our social media platforms.
